These products are designed for portfolio landlords owning a maximum of 10 mortgaged lets within their portfolio. (If the applicants own 3 mortgaged lets or less, this criteria will fit our Everyday or Ltd Co SPV BTL products available to view in our product category overview)

Please note the following :-

All mortgaged properties must be held within a Ltd Co SPV (this can be a mix of BTL or holiday lets).

Any unencumbered properties and the applicants residential property are not included in the above criteria. Unencumbered properties held can be unlimited. 

The products are not available for holiday let enquiries.
